제목 Reduced Efficiency Roll-Off in Highly Efficient and Color-Stable Sky Blue and Green Solution-Processed OLEDs based on GraHIL as Hole Injection Layer
초록 We successfully used GraHIL as Hole Injection Layer for soluble Sky Blue- and Green-emitting heteroleptic Ir(III) complexes. It exhibits excellent stable photoluminescence and an E.Q.E of 14.6% and 10.8% at 1000 cd/m2 respectively for green and sky blue devices, with turn on voltage less than 5 V for both green and sky blue devices. The HOMO and LUMO of (tBuCN)2Ir(III)(Lx) were 5.4 and 2.7 respectively. The Optimized Sky Blue Phosphoresent OLEDs showed impressive device performance with maximum luminance efficiency of 34.1 cd/A, maximum power efficiency of a 17.9 lm/W and maximum external quantum efficiency of 15.2% with driving voltage of 4.5 V. The Sky Blue Phosphoresent OLEDs were fabricated with the configuration of ITO/GraHIL (40 nm)/2.6-DCzPPy:TCTA:(tBuCN)2Ir(Lx)/TPBi (30 nm) /LiF (1 nm)/Al (100 nm).
