Volumetric capacitance of in-plane structured graphene supercapacitors |
초록 |
Development of supercapacitors with a high volumetric performance for an ultra- small energy storage device is challengeable. Here, we fabricated graphene based planar type devices with in-plane structure and conventionally stacked devices with out-of-plane structure to compare their volumetric capacitance. The Planar type supercapacitor with in-plane structure showed 2.5 times larger capacitance than the stacked type supercapacitor with out-of-plane structure, and also showed a superior energy density than Lithium-ion thin film battery. |
