제목 Synthesis of Bis(silyl)methanes. Coupling Reaction of Polychloromethanes with Trichlorosilane
초록 The Si–C coupling reaction of polychloromethanes (RCH3-nCln: R= Cl, Me, Ph, n=2~3) with trichlorosilane in the presence of n-Bu4PCl as catalyst give the bis-silylation compounds as major products. The reactions of CCl4 and CH2Cl2 occur at the temperatures of 32 oC and 150 oC to give Si-C coupling products, respectively. At the High temperature of 170 oC, Tis-silylation products, bis(trichlorosilyl)methanes and (dichlorosilyl)(trichlorosilyl)methane, are obtained as major products.
