These days, nitrogen-doped graphene is one of the most distinguished materials for diverse applications. This is because, this have outstanding electronic and catalytic properties. Nitrogen-doped graphene was made from dehydrogenation reaction between molecules and graphene oxide. We used analytical techniques such as Raman, Element analysis (EA), scanning electron microscope (SEM), etc. As a result, the structural and morphological features of newly synthesize nitrogen-doped graphene was well identified. Thus, we have known that nitrogen-doped graphene suggest good structural restoration to be similar with graphitic structures as well as excellent electrical properties. We can gain objective information that structures of materials have an influence on the electrical properties from analyzing nitrogen-doped graphene. |
