Epoxy resin has been used in many applications such as composite, electronic materials and insulation materials due to its good mechanical strength, excellent adhesion, good high temperature resistance and insulation properties. These epoxy resin was cured by general curing process in heating. In this case, thermal curing system was spend to the curing time in long time and high curing temperature. In this study, chemical structure of epoxide group was modified to acrylic group by chemical reactor. These acrylate epoxy was cured by advanced curing method in electron beam process. Characterization of acrylate epoxy was measured modification of chemical structure, thermal and mechanical properties, such as GPC, NMR, Instron, TGA and DMA, respectively. |
