제목 Diketopyrrolopyrrole-based π-Extended Conjugated Small Molecules for Organic Electronic Devices
초록 Diketopyrrolopyrrole (DPP) is a promising electron accepting building block for use in constructing semiconducting molecules owing to its high optical density and electron affinity. Also, because of oxygen atom in this DPP unit, formation of hydrogen bonds can enhance coplanarity which results in strong intermolecular π-π stacking between those molecules. Therefore, DPP-derivatives are found to exhibit high carrier mobility in organic thin film transistor devices. In this study, we designed and synthesized conjugated small molecules bearing DPP group. Thermal analysis, cyclic voltammetry, absorption spectroscopy and photoluminescence spectroscopy were conducted to investigate their physical properties. Eventually, we characterized the electronic properties by fabricating thin film transistor devices.
