제목 Fabrication of layer-by-layer assembly with polydiactylene and cationic polymer
초록 Polydiacetylenes (PDA) are ene-yne conjugated polymers that exhibit color transition to various stimuli. The PDA have been used as colorimetric sensors. Many researches have conducted to improve the sensibility of PDA sensor. In this study layer-by-layer assemblies (LBLA) were fabricated using poly(diallyldimethylammonium chloride) (PDDAC) and 10,12-pentacosadiynoic acid (PCDA). LBLA were formed by alternate dipping method using electrostatic interaction on the quartz plate. The LBL was characterized by Quartz Crystal Microbalance (QCM), UV spectrometer, and IR spectrometer. Especially thickness and weight of the layer were estimated by QCM. We have tested the LBLA as a sensor for temperature, pH, and amine compounds.
