제목 Fabrication and Dielectric Properties of Sandwich-Structured Polyimide Nanocomposite Films Comprising of Ag Nanoparticle-Deposited BaTiO3 Hybrid Nanoparticles
초록 Ag nanoparticle-deposited BaTiO3 hybrid nanoparticles (BT@AgNP) prepared via a facile seed-mediated growing process were used as dielectric fillers in polyimide-based nanocomposites. Sandwich-structured polyimide nanocomposite films were fabricated by a solution casting method layer by layer. The total thickness of nanocomposite films with sandwich-structure is about 30um, where the thickness of each layer is about 10um, respectively. In this structure, The 80wt% BT@AgNP/PI nanocomposites are used as the two outer layers and then untreated BaTiO3 nanoparticle (BT) is used as fillers with various ceramic weight content (0-80 wt%) into the middle layer to play a role in prohibiting the electron tunneling through the filler/polymer interfaces, which decrease the conductive networks during breakdown and thus assist the improving of breakdown strength. The dependence of dielectric behavior on the BT contents into the middle layer was studied over a wide frequency range from 40 Hz to 1 MHz.
