제목 | Preparation of Liposome with Targeting Moiety for the Cancer Cell |
초록 | With recent advances in drug delivery, there has been an increasing demand for development of new drug carriers that modified with biological molecules such as specific ligand and growth factor to target specific cells like cancer cells. Therefore, a liposome with EGF was designed to target EGF-R overexpressed on the surface of cancer cells. We prepared a biotinylated liposome using biotinylated phospholipid to evaluate cell targetability and EGF medicated liposome. Particle size of liposomes with targeting moiety was around 200 nm. Biotinylated liposome showed high binding affinity for avidin-FITC. In addition, there was virtually cellular uptake of avidin-biotinylated liposome. Liposome with EGF exhibited similar cell proliferation and viability when compared with control in MTT assay. Acknowledgement: This work was supported by KK-0302-BO. |
