제목 Heat treatment effect of carbon-based electrode for biosensor
초록 The high-performance of bio-sensor was obtained by carbon materials and the carbon material for bio-sensor electrode was prepared by electrospinning method, heat treatment, CNT embedding, activation process.
In this study, heat treatment at a temperature of 2450 K or more to prepare an activated carbon fiber with improved orientation and crystallinity of the carbon structure. Samples prepared by the above method showed cyclic voltammetry and amperometic electrochemical analysis to show the characteristics of reduced electron attraction and improved response characteristics. The effects of heat treatment and CNT embedding on carbon materials enhanced the sensitivity of the bio- sensor due to increment of immobilization ability and electrical conductivity.
