| 초록 | Fimasartan potassium trihydrate a Hypertension and heart failure medicine, was incorporated in orally disintegrating film (ODF) and evaluated. Polyvinyl Alcohol (PVA) and Pullan is a polymer compound obtained by saponifying polyvinyl acetate with alkali, acid, ammonia water or the like, and is used for producing an aqueous solution film. Polyethylene Glycol and Glycerol is a polymer used to cause cell fusion as a plasticizer, has many advantages such as dissolving the drug, permeability, stability and unchanging. Tween 80 is a highly hydrophilic surfactant, and is used as an emulsifier. N-Methyl-2-pyrrolidone (NMP) is an organic compound consisting of a 5-membered lactam. Therefore, we decided to select 'D' as the optimal recipe for producing ODF containing the following components. |
