제목 Preparation of Poly(2,5-pyridine vinylene) and Poly[1,4-(2,5-dicyano)phenylene vinylene] by Chemical Vapor Deposition Polymerization Method
초록 We reported poly(phenylene vinylene) (PPV) and carbonized PPV thin films, nanotubes and nanorods via chemical vapor deposition polymerization (CVDP) method. Likewise we prepare polyconjugated polymers bearing hetero aromatic ring or nitrogen containing functional group by CVDP method. They are Poly(2,5-pyridine vinylene) (PPyV) and Poly[1,4-(2,5-dicyano)phenylene vinylene] (DCN-PPV). Their thin films or nanotubes on the various substrates are characterized by chemical, optical and electrical methods. Also their LED devices are can be fabricated. Moreover they can easy convert to carbonized form.
