Ni/YSZ is a conventional anode material for solid oxide fule cells. It has a large problem in long term stability. Because Ni is vulnerable for carbon deposition and sulfur poisoning, performance of cell decreases drmatically when operated in commercial fuel. Many researchers studied perovskite materials (SrTiO3, LaCoO3, LaMnO3, etc) as a electrode for solid oxide fuel cells. Doped perovskite is stable when hydrocarbon is applyed. Ni is a good catalyst for hydrogen and methane oxidation reaction, we infiltrated that. In this study, we fabricated Ni and Y co-doped STO and Ni infiltrated Y doped STO to prepare the stability. We prepared the anode materials via Pechini's method. |
