Dual-curing behavior and mechanical properties of hydroxyl functionalized urethane methacrylate oligomer containing blocked isocyanate for automotive clearcoats |
초록 |
UV-thermal dual-curable polymer containing silane modified blocked isocyanate(SMBI) has been synthesized and incorporated into automotive clearcoats to investigate their curing and mechanical behaviors. Dynamic mechanical analysis(DMA) and FT-IR analysis were performed to observe the variation of the crosslinking networks that resulted from the chemical reactions by UV and thermal dual-curing operations with various curing conditions. The scratch behaviors of dual-cured automotive clearcoats were analyzed via nano-scratch tests(NST), accompanied with scratch images simultaneously visualized using atomic force microscopy(AFM). |
