Preparation of flexible substrate based on polycarbonate nano-composite with the improved thermal properties |
초록 |
Even though several transparent polymer systems have been introduced as the potential flexible substrate, the advent of flexible display has been still limited by the poor thermal properties of polymeric system, especially the high thermal expansion coefficient of polymer. In this work, it has been attempted to improve the thermal properties of the polycarbonate system by the formation of composites with inorganic nano-particle. The transparent film with the thickness of 100um were prepared by the solvent casting as a substrate and its optical and thermal properties were characterized using the UV-VIS spectrometer, haze meter and TMA. Finally the effects of concentration and type of inorganic particles, type on the properties of nanocomposite films were investigated. |
