제목 | Designand Synthesis of Small-Molecule Donor Based Low Synthetic Complexity for Oragnic Solar Cells |
초록 | Non-fullereneacceptor(NFAs) organic solarcells(OSCs) have attracted attention because of flexibility and light weight. Torealize high performance OSCs, the donor–acceptor(D–A) framework of wide-bandgap(WBG) donor is an effective strategy. WBGpolymers mostly have deep highest occupied molecular orbital(HOMO) levels thatcan enhance the open-circuit voltage, and show well matching absorption with NFAs,which can increase the short-circuit current density. Dithieno[3,2-b:2′,3′-d]-pyrrole(DTP)has a high hole mobility owing to the carbonyl group in the central ring. Inaddition, It has a deep HOMO level, because the planar aromatic structure ofDTP induces strong π-electrondelocalization among the polymer backbones. In the study, we designed and synthesized WBG donor based on DTP unitby introducing different alkyl chains. These results demonstrate that DTP-based small donorsare promising materials to reach the high performance non-fullereneOSCs. |
