제목 레티닐 팔미테이트가 봉입된 셀룰로오스 나노입자 제조의 최적 조건에 관한 연구
초록 Cellulose nanoparticles loaded with retinyl palmitate were prepared by modified spontaneous emulsification solvent diffusion method. After cellulose derivatives were dissolved in mixed acetone/ethanol organic solvent with retinyl palmitate, cellulose nanoparticle suspensions were dispersed in polysorbate 20, polysorbate 60, and solution by ultrasonicator. Particle size and loading yeild of retinyl palmitate were measured by particle size analyser and HPLC, respectively. And the morphology was observed by SEM.
