제목 Polydiacetylene Organic Nanotubes
초록 Recently, we discovered reversible transformation of supramolecular assemblies of dendrons The amide dendrons with focal pyrenyl unit formed stable vesicular structure in aqueous phase. The in-situ inclusion of the focal pyrene units into the cavity of cyclodextrin (CD) induces self-assembled organic nanotubes. In this research, we synthesized the urethane-amide dendrons with diacetylenyl peripheral units and focal pyrenyl units to prepare stable organic nanotubes by in situ photopolymerization. Synthetic characterization of these dendrons was confirmed by NMR, IR, MALDI-TOF, and elemental anaylsys. Supramolecular assemblies of these dendrons was demonstrated by DLS, TEM, SEM, AFM, gel filtration, and so forth. The research about photochemical properties such as colorimetric behavior of these supramolecular structures is ongoing.
