항균제 O-(QUINOLONE-3-CARBOXYL)키토산 유도체의 합성 |
초록 |
Some alkyl-chitosan derivatives which have improved antibacterial and antifungal activities, such as amino group contained O-acyl chitosan at C-6 are promising agents for drug application aiming its use as medical case. Some quinolone bearing a fluorine atom at C-6 and N-alkyl group at N-1, known as fluoroquinolones are among the most important antimicrobial agents, showing both a high potency and a broad antibacterial spectrum. In this work, O-quinolone substituted chitosan derivatives with a degree of substitution of N-benzyllquinolone carboxylic acid derivatives with chitosan in the presence of acidic condition as a catalyst. The resulting substituted chitin and chitosan was characterized by phsical properties. |
