제목 Synthesis and characterization of Novel Nanocomposite based on Cellulose Diacetate Nanofibrillar Aerogel and Sodium Montmorillonite.
초록 A kind of novel nanocomposite based a cellulose diacetate (CDA) nanofibrillar aerogel and sodium montmorillonite (Na+-MMT) was synthesized by using in-situ reaction. The effect of Na+-MMT on the mechanical properties, moisture absorption of material has been investigated. The nanocomposite showed very good mechanical properties with 5% (wt/wt) of sodium montmorillonite (Na+-MMT) dispersed in deionized (DI) water by using ultrasonic for 2h. Moreover, the surface morphology of the nanocomposite membrane also exhibited better than that of pristine CDA nanofibrilar aerogels after has been immersed in DI water for seven days. Morphological observation revealed that Na+-MMT platelets were exfoliated in the CDA aerogel matrix. Potential applications of the material are be in biomedical membranes.
