Vegetables like Asparagus, Tomato, Strawberry, Brocolli, Mugwort, Cherry, Aloe, Peach, Apple, Pepper leaves, Kiwi, they are typical vegetables doing highly antioxidant activity. Antioxidants are circulated our body's energies and prevent peoples body from stress, that main causes of cancer and heart disease. Our purporse of this study is compare through the analysis of Flavonoid concent, and absorbance measerment that using DPPH, ABTS for antioxidant activity for Asparagus, Tomato, Strawberry, Brocolli, Mugwort, Cherry, Aloe, Peach, Apple, Pepper leaves, Kiwi. After all of these experiment, using these numerical value of experiment calculate electron donation activity, we can get more accurate numerical value of actioxidant effect. |
