제목 Relationship between the surface property of gate dielectric layers and the electrical property of organic thin film transistor
초록 It is known that the surface energy and roughness of the gate dielectric layer can influence the structure and morphology of active semiconduting layer molecules in organic thin film transitors (OTFT). Hence, the surface properties of the dielectric layer can have a great affect on the electrical properties of OTFT. We have studied the surface properties of various dielectric layers, including both inorganic and polymeric insulating materials, and their effects on the mobility of charge carriers in various active semiconducting organic films such as vacuum deposited pentacene and spin-coated soluble organic semiconductors.
