| 제목 | Efficient catalytic process for acetaminophen. |
| 초록 | Acetaminophen, as an analgesic drug, has taken one of the largest shares in the world pharmaceutical market and its main physiological effects are pain-relieving and alleviating a fever on cold and flu symptoms. Due to its extensive medicinal applications, the efficient synthesis of acetaminophen has been of interest not only for development of novel synthetic methods but also for practical applications. In this presentation, we are going to discuss our effort to develop both an efficient and an economic synthetic process for acetaminophen using catalyzed reactions. We could make the synthetic process more eco-friendly under mild reaction conditions and the synthetic steps shorter without the additional purification process. |
