제목 Effect of Methanol Concentration on Nickel-Electroplating Characteristics in Supercritical CO2
초록 This study was investnated the effect of methanol concentration as an entrainer on nickel-electroplating in supercritical CO2. Entrainer effect condensed into addition of a small quantity of a polar co-solvent can dramatically improve the solubility of organic material in non-polar supercritical fluid and the added methanol made  nickel film characteristics enhanced. Nickel-electroplating bath, surfactant, methanol, and CO2 were put in a high pressure chamber and the nickel electroplating was performed at higher pressure than critical pressure.
