Fabrication of SWNTs-Biosensor with high stability and reliability |
초록 |
Single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWNTs) are extremely sensitive to charge modulation due to their large volume-to-surface area, and bio-materials are polymers that induce greater chemical changes on the surface of SWNTs. As a field effect-based biosensor, SWNTs are promising materials due to their advantages such as chemical functionalization, and signal conversion with high sensitivity. However, the performance is limited by purity, inhomogeneous interface and stability of the SWNTs films. By non-covalent functionalization of SWNTs using conjugated polymers, we obtained highly pure semiconducting SWNTs. We also achieved immobilized SWNT films with high reliability and stability using Click reaction. In addition, we patterned a specific region where biomolecules can be selectively immobilized and encapsulated the electrode to improve detection performance and reliability. |
