제목 | Liquid-Phase Benzene Hydroxylation over Metal Incorporated ZSM-5 prepared by Microwave |
초록 | The most prevail process for the phenol production is so-called cumene process, which implies 3-steps of benzene propylation, oxidation of cumene, and decomposition of cumyl hydroperoxide into phenol. Consequently this process has disadvantages of high energy intensiveness and multi-step processes and a large quantity of acetone produced as a byproduct. So, the one-step, acetone-free process using N2O or O2 or H2O2 as oxidizing agents have been proposed over modified catalyst such as Fe/ZSM-5. Also, several metallo zeolites have been to show hydroxylation activity. In this work, we carried out single step benzene hydroxylation with H2O2 in liquid-phase system. And the metal incorporated zeolite, specially, Fe and Ti were synthesized by using microwave. Effect of mesoporosity on hydroxylation activity was compared with microporous ZSM-5 |
