제목 친유성 약물의 리포솜 내부 전달에 미치는 pH구배의 영향
초록 Liposomes composed of phosphatidyl choline from egg yolk(EPC) and Cholesterol of 2:1 molar raios was prepared by given pH gradient across lipid bilayer. Actinomycin D which is hydrophobic anticancer agent was encapsulated into liposomes using transmembrane pH gradient as a additional driving force. About 1.2~2 time lager efficiency was achieved by this method compared with conventional loading method which has no pH gradient. It is due to conventional loading method only can load the active agent by hydrophobic affinity, prepared liposomes with pH gradient has additional binding driving force.
