제목 Electronic nose for spoilage monitoring using chemicalreceptor
초록 Food safety is the major concern in the over world according to develop of the food industry and to increase of the healthcare. In particular, CV of biogenic amineis a critical biomarker because it can enhance the toxicity of histamine.Therefore, the technologies are required for detection and monitoring at low concentrations. Herein, our sensor platform has consisted of chemical receptor and graphene-based electronic nose (E-nose). E-nose shows high performance of limit of detection 27.04 ppb and high selectivity among various spoilage markers. In addition,usim chip was utilized for sensor fabrication, the system was provided for simple use for users.
