제목 | Thermal Conductivity and Mechanical Properties of Silicone Polymer Composites Containing Graphene Particles |
초록 | Great attention has been paid on the use of carbon materials for increasing thermal conductivity of polymers due to their unique nanostructures, high aspect ratio and superior thermal conductivity. Graphene has been recognized as one of the best carbon materials for this purpose due to its excellent thermal conductivity. This study is to investigate the effect of graphene filler on the thermal conductivity and mechanical properties of silicone/graphene composite. The silicone/graphene composites with the mass fraction in the range of 0.1% ~ 1% of graphene fillers were prepared by bulk mixing method. In addition, surface-modified graphene fillers were also used to examine the effect of dispersion of graphene fillers on the thermal conductivity.
