제목 Comparative Study on Thermal Conductivity and Mechanical Properties of Silicone/Expanded Graphite & Silicone/CNT Composites
초록 Recently, great attention has been paid to the use of carbon materials for increasing thermal conductivity of polymer due to their unique nanostructures, high aspect ratio and superior thermal conductivity. Graphite is recognized as the best filler due to its excellent thermal conductivity, low cost, and good dispersion in matrix. CNT filler also have excellent thermal conductivity and good dispersion in matrix but expensive. This study is to investigate the effect of carbon filler type and content on the thermal conductivity and mechanical properties of silicone/grapheite composite materials and silicone/CNT composite materials. The silicone/carbon filler composites with the mass fraction of 1%, 3%, 5%, 10%, and 20% of carbon filler were prepared by bulk mixing method and investigated in detail
