제목 Surface energy engineered, high-resolution micropatterning of carbon nanomaterial thin films
초록 We report a novel process for the facile and effectiveness patterning of high-resolution reduced graphene oxide (rGO) microstructures and single wall carbon nanotubes (SWCNT) on rigid or flexible substrates. Such well-defined carbon nanomaterial micropatterns are made by enhancing the surface energies of carbon nanomaterial thin films and pre-patterned elastomeric molds with the assistance of oxygen plasma. Using this technique, various shaped and sharp-edged carbon nanomaterial micropatterns are demonstrated. This plasma enhanced detachment patterning technique is extremely simple, effective, and easy to fabricate carbon nanomaterial micropatterns without any pressurization and/or heating. We have successfully fabricated high performance organic field-effect transistors (OFETs) based on the rGO micropatterns as source-drain electrode materials. Our patterning technique shows great promise for making future carbon material-based electronic devices.
