제목 ZnO nanostructures Capped Single-wall Carbon Nanotubes
초록 The hybrid system of ZnO nanorods on single-wall carbon nanotubes (SWNT) scaffolds was synthesized by chemical vapor deposition (CVD) method. This involves arranged SWNT films and the growth ZnO nanorods. Based on this ZnO/MWNT hybrid system, photoluminescence (PL) spectroscopy using a He–Cd laser (320 nm) under back-scattering geometry have been employed to characterize the as-grown ZnO-SWNTs. Furthermore, the study suggests the possibility application of gas sensor based on extrinsic carrier modulation via varying length of ZnO nanorods.
