Steady state multiplicity in a cascade of biochemical reactors for biodegradation of phenol
The present work deals with multiplicity of steady states in non-linear processes, occurring in two coupled biochemical CSTRs with recycle loop. The existence of single, double, triple and fivefold steady states is proved and analysis of local stability is given herein. Investigations were conducted by quantitative method, and continuation algorithm was found to be a suitable tool for that task.
