A brief description of content and basic results of realization of the Russian Federal Hydrogen Energy Program is presented as follows: (1) new technologies of hydrogen production; (2) new technologies of hydrogen application in fuel-energy complex. The Federal Program includes eight tasks containing the most promising processes of hydrogen production and use. The program is planned so that the results of the separate tasks are used in the other tasks.
