Generation of the periodic surface structures on the dental Co-Cr-Mo alloy by Nd:YAG laser in an inert atmosphere
The influence of the impulse laser irradiation (Nd:YAG laser lambda = 1.06 mu m) in an inert atmosphere (Ar) with different power density on the surface morphology of the dental Co-Cr-Mo alloy surface was studied. It is set that periodic ring relief appears at the modes of the treatment with melting and evaporation of the material. The analysis of the periodic structure main characteristics was performed.
