Improved Method of Determining Time-Domain Transient Performance Bounds from Frequency-Response Uncertainty Regions
An efficient method of obtaining impulse or step responses bounds from given transfer function magnitude (and phase) variations is derived. These results have specific application to frequency-domain design techniques such as quantitative feedback theory which require frequency-domain specifications.
