Solubilities of gases in ionic liquids using a corresponding-states approach to Kirkwood-Buff solution theory
The solubilities of gases in ionic liquids and compressed liquid densities have been successfully described over a wide range of conditions using a reformulated corresponding-states formulation for direct correlation function integrals. In addition, comparisons with experimental data show reliable prediction of ionic liquid characteristic properties from simple rules. (C) 2010 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
