Conversion of Hydrosilanes to Silanols and Silyl Esters Catalyzed by (pH(3)Pcuh)(6)
[Ph(3)PCuH](6) is an efficient catalyst for the dehydrogenative coupling between the tertiary hydrosilanes Ph(3)SiH, Ph(2)MeSiH, Me(2)PhSiH, or Et(3)SiH and water or acetic acid to give silanols or silyl acetates.
