Synthesis and Characterization of Primary and Secondary Allenylarsines and Alkynylarsines
The reaction of allenyl- and alkynyltributylstannanes with chloroarsines followed by the chemoselective reduction of the formed products with tributylstannane in the presence of a radical inhibitor led to the corresponding primary and secondary allenyl- and alkynylarsines. The base-induced rearrangement of propynylarsine led to propylidynearsine. All these new compounds were characterized on the basis of their spectral data (low-temperature H-1 and C-13 NMR and mass spectrometry). They exhibit a low stability at room temperature even in solvent (tau(1/2) ca. 30 min.).
