A GROSS MEASUREMENT ERROR IDENTIFICATION ALGORITHM ON THE MAXIMUM-LIKELIHOOD PRINCIPLE
A practical algorithm is proposed to localize and estimate Gross Process Measurement Errors subject to linear constraints. The theoretical bases are those discussed in a recent paper appearing in this periodical. The algorithm is compared with three other algorithms. Its main advantage is that it is theoretically well established and answers exactly the question of engineering practice.
