The hybrid nanogels were prepared by condensation of silanol groups grafted to cholesterol-beam no pullulan at ambient temperature and pH without any catalysts or organic solvents. This is a new method for preparation of organic-inorganic hybrid nanogels with dual network structures of both chemically crosslinked points with siloxane bonds and physically crosslinked hydrophobic association points.
