Experimental Determination of Pool Void Fraction under Vacuum for Chemical Reactor and Reboiler Operation Optimization
This article presents the pool boiling void fraction measurements carried Out under vacuum conditions ranging from 10-88 kPa. It is found that the Wilson correlation previously determined within the 2000-4000 kPa pressure range is valid under vacuum conditions for about LIP to 8 % void fraction value.
