Theoretical analysis of schemes for complex coal processing
The chemical technological processes (CTP) of coal conversion to methanol, coke, energy and heat have been studied. High-temperature gasification serves for a thermochemical conversion of coal to gaseous products and coke. The imitation models of such processes are created, and the mathematical modelling, thermodynamic analysis, optimization and calculations of the exergy efficiency of CTP are performed. Relationship between the main operation parameters of the coal gasification, their properties and the target products yield was studied.
