Heat transport in the membrane-electrode assembly of a direct methanol fuel cell: Exact solutions
We develop a model of heat transport in the membrane-electrode assembly of a DMFC. The exact analytical solutions to model equations are derived. Based on these solutions a method for measuring thermal conductivities of the catalyst layers and membrane in a fuel cell environment is suggested. (c) 2007 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
