An association model describing the mixing of two self-associating fluids
An association model describing the thermodynamics of mixing two fluids, each of which hydrogen bonds (self-associates) to itself in the pure state, is discussed. Equations describing the contributions of hydrogen bonding to the free energy of mixing are obtained using a matrix method. (c) 2007 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
