단분자 막의 실험에 의한 콜레스테롤을 갖는 고분자의 분자량 측정
Molecular Weight Determination of Cholesterol-Containing Polymer by Monolayer Study
초록
콜레스테롤을 갖는 단량체와 N-vinylpyrrolidone측 공중합하여 amphiphilic 고분자를 합성하였으며 이 고분자를 이용하여 단분자막 실험을 하였다. Trough를 이용하여 π-A curve를 얻었으며 이 결과로 부터 πA-π 관계식을 유도하여 이 고분자의 분자량을 측정하였다. 이 결과로부터 측정된 분자량 값과 GPC 실험으로부터 얻은 분자량값은 거의 비슷하였다.
Copolymerization of cholesterol-containing monomer and N-vinylpyrrolidone was carried out to make amphiphilic polymer. Using a trough monolayer study for this polymer was done and π-A curves were obtained. The molecular weight of this polymer was determined from πA-π relationship. These results were almost similar with the molecular weight obtained by GPC.
