Growth of high-quality and large-sized beta-BaB2O4 crystal
This paper reports the growth of the high-quality and large-sized beta-Babeta(2)O(4) with dimensions of 100 mm diameter and 40 mm length and 800 g weight from a flux of NaF by the top seeded solution growth method. (C) 2003 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
