Synthesis and X-ray structures of rhodium complexes of N-21,N-22-bridged porphyrin
(eta(4)-1,5-Cyclooctadienyl)rhodium(l) complex with a bidentate N-21, N-22-bridged porphyrin ligand was prepared. The eta(4)-1,5-cyclooctadiene ligand was easily replaced by carbon monoxide to give the corresponding (dicarbonyl)rhodium(l) porphyrin. The structures of these two complexes were proven by X-ray crystallography.
