리파아제 고정막에 의한 바이오디젤의 합성
Biodiesel production by lipase immobilized membrane
A porous anion exchange hollow fiber membrane was prepared by radiation-induced graft polymerization. The irradiated membrane was immersed in glycidyl methacrylate(GMA). The epoxy group produced in GMA hollow fiber membrane was coverted into anion exchange groups by reaction with ethanolamine(EtA), diethylamine(DEA). A lipase solution was allowed to permeate through the porous anion exchange hollow fiber membrane. The concentration of lipase in the effluent penetrationg the outside surface of the exchange hollow fiber were determined from UV absorption at 210nm. Esterification was carried out by passing a solution of oleic acid and methyl alcohol in anhydrous acetone through the lipase-immobilized membrane and lipase activity was determined. A reaction percentage of 50% was achieved status at velocity is 5mL/h. EtA membrane was the most adsorption capacity in different membranes.
