Lysozyme adsorption characteristics of ampholyte immobilized nonwoven fabric
Nonwoven fabrics were prepared by radiation-induced graft polymerization of epoxy group containning monomer glycidyl methacrylate and subsequent addition of faurine (NH2CH2CH2SO3H) to the epoxy groups, The remaining epoxy groups were quantitatively hydrolyzed into diol group. Lysozyme adsorption characteristic by TAU-diol were researched. The conversion of TAU-diol nonwoven favric was appeared 20 percent by immersing the GMA nonwoven fabric for reaction time from 50 hours. Moreover the adsorption capacity of TAU-diol nonwoven fabric appeared the highest around pH 10.
